Ok, went to Deutsch & Deutsch after doing yard work, so I was dressed not too elegantly. But their store was dead. I walked out asking why no would help me? I left. Found Jared walked in and was instantly greeted. Now that's a place to shop. Didn't judge me at all but helped me instead. The associate waste kind and new exactly what I was looking for. In and out with no problems. Deutsch & Deutsch don't judge a book by its cover!

Not enough can be said about Ceci and her customer service. She is genuinely kind and wants the best for her clients. She made us comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. She answered all of our questions and took the time to show us different options for our ring. Attention amigos y vecinos, friends and neighbors! I couldn't wait to submit my humble recommendation today, literally sitting in the parking lot at The Fountains at Farah in East El Paso. I've long been a customer of Jared Jewelers (8889 Gateway Blvd. W, Spc. 3100), but personal events have prevented more recent visits. The important occasions of the last few years have been made special by the merchandise and staff of Jared - my beloved Miriam's wedding rings, birthday and anniversary gifts, and their subsequent care and maintenance have been happily and satisfactorily acquired and received there. This afternoon has been no exception and in fact a renewal of not only being a returning customer but certainly a much more regular one. My jewelry specialist Andrew Arellano was helpful in a phone conversation before my visit today and exceeded every expectation I could think of upon greeting me in person. From his patient and deliberative assistance in reapplying for an account to his professional and generous attention in suggestions for my beloved Miriam's gift, Andrew succeeded in my choice in an even more beautiful item than I had originally intended. His kindness and consideration throughout and to the completion of my visit was something I was compelled to describe to his manager Cecilia, who kindly received my kudos and thanks, commenting that Andrew is actually one of Jared's newer representatives. I congratulated her and their store on their selection of staff and overall comfort and demeanor toward their customers, noted by me today, of course, but also evident in the pleasant and professional addressing of other customers there today by the other jewelry specialists. I highly recommend Jared Jewelers at The Fountains as the first and only jewelry store everyone should visit this holiday season and after, and please ask for Andrew for the same excellent shopping experience I had today. My experience began when I visited Jared to have my ring inspected and cleaned. While waiting, I browsed the store and was assisted by Alex, who greeted me warmly, took my ring, and serviced it quickly. His professionalism and welcoming attitude immediately stood out. The following Monday, I returned and was assisted by Josie. She showed me several diamonds and a wedding band I was interested in purchasing so I could pair it with my enhancer and complete my set. I explained that I needed to discuss the cost with my husband, who was away on military business, and that I would return soon. When I came back two days later, I was surprised to find that the price of the plain wedding band had increased significantly, which was honestly shocking. Although I don’t want this to distract from the purpose of my survey, I do want to bring awareness to the substantial price increase. Despite that experience, I want to highlight the exceptional service Alex provided. When I saw him again during my return visit, I thanked him for his efficiency and for the welcoming environment he creates for customers. I asked how long he had worked there since I hadn’t seen him before my first visit, and I learned he has been with your company for less than a year. I told him he was a great hire and asked where he had come from. I then spoke with Tanya, the manager on duty, to share my concerns about the price change. Tanya was wonderful and helped as much as she could. I also made sure to tell her how impressive Alex has been during both of my visits, as that level of professionalism is rare for someone with such a short tenure. I even asked her to call him over so I could share my feedback in front of her. I’m very pleased to say that Alex truly is a great hire—please be sure that is reflected in his evaluation. Although the pricing experience was surprising, Alex’s outstanding service is the reason I will continue to be a valued customer. Great job, Alex!

Frank and Josie did an amazing job!! They welcomed us in with 10 minutes before closing and were so hospitable. We got exactly what we wanted!!! Highly recommend them!
